Legal draft
Service terms for review.
This short draft needs legal review. It does not replace a signed service agreement or data processing agreement.
Scope and availability
Agree modules, countries, channels, permitted actions and support scope before starting. Live, early-access, on-request and planned labels describe different availability. A planned connector is not a commitment that it is ready.
Managed onboarding includes mapping, connection, shadow review and enabling agreed automations. Name a customer owner and approvers before operational actions begin.
Customer control
The customer sets an action policy of auto, ask or off. Money and customer-visible changes require approval under the agreed workflow. Agents must not act outside the customer's policy.
Actions are logged. Undo is available where supported by the channel. Some submitted documents cannot be undone. A kill switch can stop work per agent, channel or workspace.
Access and permitted use
Use official APIs first. A portal connector connects through the brand's own portal account, with consent and a per-channel terms review. The agreement must define authorized access and responsibilities.
Use public shelf data within source terms and rate limits. Do not request personal-data collection or use another customer's private data. Review facts and claims before approving catalog content.
No promised outcomes
Sample workflows and estimates are not customer results. Growlane does not guarantee sales growth or recommendations by AI assistants. Draft service-level targets require agreement before they become contractual commitments.
Review needed
Confirm the contracting entity, commercial terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, termination, dispute process and governing law with legal counsel. These are not settled by this page.
